Booth
space is available for a nominal fee of $100.00 per 10x10 space
for each vendor. Fees must be received by June 30, 2007, no exceptions,
and all payments received after June 30, 2007 will be charged a
fee of $150.00.
Booth
spaces will be placed on the floor plan based on the date booth
space fees were received. Also, we reserve the right to limit the
number of vendors according to the type of product sold.

There will
be one vendor allowed per booth space with no sub-contracting within
each booth space. If members of the Springfield Black Expo Committee
find that more than one vendor exists within a space, all vendors
within that space will be asked to vacate the premises along with
their merchandise with no refund of vendor fees granted. Your compliance
with this request is greatly appreciated.
